Service & Cancellation Policy

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Restore & Reveal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery’s scheduling policies.

Any cancellations with less than a 48 business hours’ notice or no showing are subject to a cancellation fee required for the scheduled service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (48 Business Hours)

A minimum of 48 business hours’ notice (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointment Booking & Card on File

To schedule any appointment, a valid credit/debit card is required and will be securely stored on file. This card may be used for the following purposes:

  • To reserve your appointment time
  • To charge late cancellation or no-show fees
  • To collect outstanding balances
  • To process payment for services rendered, with prior consent

By booking an appointment, you authorize the Aesthetic Surgery Center to charge your card in accordance with the policies outlined below.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying our office is considered a No-Call / No-Show. The following will apply:

  • First No-Show: You will be charged the applicable cancellation fee (see above).
  • Second No-Show: The applicable fee will be charged, and you may be dismissed from the practice.

We respect your time and expect the same courtesy in return for our providers and staff.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 5 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may be considered a missed appointment and subject to cancellation fees.

Acknowledgement & Consent

By scheduling and confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Service Policy, including:

  • 48 business hour cancellation requirement
  • Authorization to charge the card on file
  • Financial responsibility for missed, canceled, or late appointments
  • Possible dismissal after repeated no-shows
