Candela Nordlys IPL Laser
Sun Spots
Our IPL laser, in Asheville, NC, has the power and ability to reduce and even eliminate “age” or “sun” spots on the face, chest (“decollete”), arms, legs, and hands! Our IPL emits a safe wavelength of light that is easily and safely absorbed by those darker pigments. Once the light has been absorbed, the darker “age” spot breaks apart and your own body reabsorbs the pigment and discards it. Sometimes these treatments take 2-3 sessions to eliminate all unwanted spots. Minimal pain and minimal downtime!
Hair Removal
Our Nordlys IPL in Asheville, NC has the ability to safely and effectively reduce unwanted hair! This hair can be facial, under the arms, legs, and back. Our IPL emits a safe wavelength of light to the hair follicle found in your skin. Once the light has been absorbed, the hair follicle slowly loses its effectiveness at making hair. Sometimes these treatments take 2-3 sessions to eliminate all unwanted hair. Minimal pain and minimal downtime!
Acne Scarring
Acute and chronic acne scarring can be psychologically traumatic. Acne scars can also be difficult to treat; However, our IPL and CO2 lasers are changing that game! Our combination treatment can remove the light or dark red colors see here while the CO2 laser can erase the deep “pock-mark” scars and freshen the skin. Multiple treatments with the lasers are sometimes needed. Downtime can be up to 2 weeks in some cases. Results are life-changing!

Our Nordlys IPL laser can treat rosacea effectively using safe, light-based technology. The red and pink discolorations absorb the light emitted by our IPL and your body will break down those colors to reveal smooth, fresh looking skin! 2-3 treatments are sometimes necessary, but each treatment is essentially pain-free and takes 15-20 minutes.

The red and purple discolorations absorb the light emitted by our “intense pulse light” laser and your body will break down those colors to reveal smooth, fresh looking skin! 2-3 treatments are sometimes necessary, but each treatment is essentially pain-free and takes 15-20 minutes.
Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Our CO2 laser is state-of-the-art and uses fractional, ablative technology guaranteeing you the results that you want! We have the ability to dial up or down the power of the laser depending on how much downtime you are willing/wanting to take after the procedure. We use a unique combination of numbing cream, injectable local anesthetic, and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to ensure a pleasant experience during the treatment(s).
